But, this past decade has been quite good for most of the romantic movies that came out. So we thought about making a cute romantic watchlist for you to watch over this weekend! 1.  Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

Directed by Karan Johar

 

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has to be one of our favorite Romantic movies, why you may ask? The movie is the epitome of real romantic relationships in the 21st century. For all the hopeless romantics out there Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is the support that we are not alone or alien in the world of romance. 

The movie stars Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor. 

 

The movie shows that love is everywhere and wherever you want it to be, the movie is filled with witty and cheesy lines, amazing cameos, brilliant music. By the way, the music by Pritam is the main reason this movie is one of our favorites. 


2.          Shubh Mangal Savdhaan 

Directed by R. S. Prasanna

 

Shubh Mangal Savdhaan is a 2017 Hindi language Romantic Movie, Starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, Sanjay Singh. 

The movie is our favorite for many reasons, and one of them has to be the romantic relationship. Very conventional romance later turned into one that fought from everyone about the wrongs of society. 

 

The character development is amazing for sure but the writing makes this movie one of our favorites.
